1. General Agreement

Vajra Tech ("we", "our", or "us") provides enterprise-grade web development, PWA development, and AI integration services. By interacting with our site or entering into a project agreement, you accept these terms in full.

2. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment for a completed project, the client retains full ownership of the final source code and deployment infrastructure, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate contract.
Agency IP: Any proprietary tools, pre-built modules, or frameworks developed by Vajra Tech and utilized during the project remain the intellectual property of Vajra Tech, though the client is granted a perpetual license to use them within the scope of their application.
Website Content: The design, text, graphics, and code of the Vajra Tech website are our exclusive property. Do not copy, scrape, or reproduce them without our written consent.

3. Project Terms & Delivery

All projects are subject to a separate, detailed Service Agreement or Contract. Timelines, deliverables, and payment milestones will be strictly defined in those documents. We reserve the right to pause work if payment milestones are not met.

4. Liability & Warranties

While we engineer solutions with the highest industry standards, Vajra Tech does not guarantee that the software will be 100% bug-free across every possible edge case. We provide a 30-day post-launch bug fixing period for all projects. Beyond this period, maintenance requires an active retainer agreement.

Vajra Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software solutions.

5. Revisions and Updates

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.
